As Director of Operations at Twenty-First Century Group, Elena Briggs supports the firm by coordinating events at the townhouse, engaging with Members of Congress and their staffers on behalf of clients, and performing various administrative tasks. She is especially interested in trade policy, international development, and strategic engagement abroad.

 

Before joining the firm, Elena spent time working on U.S. trade with Southeast Asia at the Department of Commerce and conducting Economic Statecraft research at the Bush School at Texas A&M University.

 

Elena graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2024 with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Affairs and History, with a minor in Chinese Language.
