Lisa Rulli brings to the table vast experience both on and off Capitol Hill. As a former House Committee on Natural Resources and Committee on Merchant Marines and Fisheries staffer, she possesses immense institutional knowledge and an intimate understanding of the federal legislative process. Having also worked with state legislatures, Lisa is able to provide significant insight into the workings of all levels of government.

 

Lisa is an expert at ensuring that a client’s issue is being heard by identifying and communicating through the most direct channels. She works with clients to help develop and implement successful strategies.

Lisa has handled an expansive portfolio throughout her career ranging from fisheries, wetlands, and endangered species to healthcare, technology, and transportation issues.

 ​

In addition to serving as president, Lisa handles the coordination of all events and works to ensure that our clients are represented at each affair.  Since Lisa often works closely with Members, Senators, and fundraisers to make sure each event is as successful as possible, TFCG’s clients have a continuous presence before many members of House and Senate Leadership as well as Chairmen and Ranking Members of various Committees.

 

Lisa graduated from Virginia Tech in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
